Your Nourished Path to Longevity

The phrase I’ll sleep when I’m dead is not one Jamie likes to hear. No matter what stage of life you may be in it is never too late to start prioritizing your health. After all, if you’re going to live a long time why not enjoy every second of it feeling your absolute best. That is the goal of Your Nourished Path to Longevity.

Life should be about choices. Our society and culture promote health care in a way that says live your life, and we will give you a pill to fix whatever problems arise. What if instead we prioritized sleep, fed our bodies with food that made us feel good, moved mindfully and with purpose, spent time outside with those we loved and lived a life of passion?

When you prioritize your health, it is not about what you are losing, it is about what you are gaining. Your Nourished Path to Longevity is an investment in yourself to discover what brings you the most joy in your life. More time with your grandkids, the ability and freedom to live unassisted as long as possible, not feeling like a burden to your family…What do you want to live for?!
